Building water confidence

Learners will build water confidence by engaging in various activities such as floating, streamline gliding and retrieving sinking objects.

Stroke development

Emphasis will be placed on developing proper and efficient swimming strokes.

This results to a faster and efficient swimmer as shown in the lower section of the split video footage!

Learners have the option to undergo SwimSafer assessments at this learning stage.

Surface dive

Learners are taught to tread water efficiently and diving down the bottom of the 1.8m pool without any swimming aids!
